Terms & Conditions
Fees/Payments
All payments must be made as soon as you book onto a session. Any delay in payment can result in us refusing your entry. If any issues arise with payment, please do contact us.
Supervision
When attending Little Stars Norfolk, children must be supervised at all times by the adults accompanying them. The adult must take full responsibility for their children throughout their session.
Food and drink
Little Stars Norfolk offers a selection of hot and cold drinks, alongside snacks and cakes. These can be purchased at any time during the session and can even be taken away with you. We ask that you consume all food within our eating area, where tables, chairs and highchairs are provided. This adheres to our health and safety requirements.
We try to cater for many different dietary and allergen requirements, if you are at all worried, please do ask a member of staff. We ask that you please be courteous to other visitors and leave the table once you have finished with your food and drink, so that others can sit there. Although we allow food and drink from home to be consumed on the premises, we ask that you kindly think of purchasing food from us too or leaving room for those customers who wish to do so.
Allergies- At the time of booking there will be an option to let us know of any known allergies. All precautions will be taken to ensure no cross contamination will take place, although there is always a risk as there are allergens present in our kitchen area. We cannot take any responsibility if we are not made aware of any allergies before your session.
Timings
Our timings are exact, we ask that you arrive no earlier than your allotted time, but if you do, please wait outside the main doors or in your cars. This enables us to sanitise, replenish and tidy up between sessions, as we want your session to be in a clean and tidy environment.
You will be greeted by a member of staff upon arrival, and we will explain the layout of the session.
We will ring a bell when there is 5 minutes left of play, so that your little ones understand it means they need to start getting ready (we know how excited they are to play, and how hard it can be to get them to leave, so we hope this helps). We kindly ask that you exit promptly.
Footwear
In order to keep our play areas clean, we kindly request that shoes are removed on arrival and socks are worn during your visit.
Cancellations
If you are no longer able to attend your session, we advise that you contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate a different date/time for you. Please be aware though that we cannot always guarantee this, but we will aim to be as flexible as possible.
We are not able to refund booked sessions.
